1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing VoiceOut, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Asset & Token Policy (No Fiat Value)
VtPoint (VtP) is strictly a platform utility token for internal gamification and redemption. It is NOT e-money, holds NO fiat value outside VoiceOut, and CANNOT be cashed out or exchanged for real currency. VoiceOut reserves the right to seize assets obtained via violations.
3. Platform Safe Harbor (Content Liability)
VoiceOut is purely a platform provider. All content, voices, and intelligence are generated by users. Users bear 100% legal responsibility for their posts. VoiceOut is NOT liable for any defamation, false news, or illegal content, but reserves the right to remove such content immediately upon report.
4. KYC & Privacy Policy
For identity review, fraud prevention, safety, and legal or regulatory compliance, VoiceOut may collect identity documents, selfies, and related verification information with the required notice and consent. VoiceOut applies reasonable technical and organisational safeguards and handles this information according to its Privacy Policy, applicable law, stated purposes, and applicable retention requirements. Verification information is not intended for public display and is not sold as personal data.
5. Limited Meaning of Verified Badge
A Verified badge means only that, at the time of review, information submitted by the account reasonably satisfied VoiceOut’s then-current verification checks. Checks may be limited, and a badge may expire, be suspended, or be revoked. The badge is not a warranty or endorsement and does not guarantee identity against impersonation, current profile accuracy, authority, safety, legality, creditworthiness, qualifications, content, goods or services, transactions, or future conduct. Users must exercise independent judgment and report suspected misuse. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VoiceOut is not responsible for loss arising solely from reliance on a badge; nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
5. Location Data
VoiceOut requires GPS access to function. We do not sell your real-time location to third parties.
6. Merchant & Redemption
Merchants are responsible for fulfilling redeemed coupons. VoiceOut acts as a tech intermediary and is not liable for disputes between users and physical merchants.
